Grain Belt is another beer most of the guys I went to high school drank because they thought it was cool. Years later I can tell you nothing about this will ever make you cool. Nothing but Swill.

This is the swill that gives swill a bad name. It was so bad I could not finish it and that has only happened a few times.

Tasted very sweet...maybe it's just the labeling on the outside that skewed my judgement, but this beer was cheap and nasty...

Satisfying sweet refreshing taste, easy to consume mass quantities. If you're from MN and you drink Budweiser you should be ashamed!

Standard American lager. Light yellow, a little sweet. Lots of adjuncts with a dry finish. This beer is almost tolerable. Would like to see more good beer coming out of MN.

Nice looking pour from the bottle with average head. Very sweet flavor, much more than I remeber from my high school days of drinking the premium. Crisp clean finish, a classic American standard, thanks to Schells for keeping it alive!

This beer looked nice, and had adequate carbonation, thoughthe head dissappaited rapidly. That was about it. Very watery mouth feel. What little taste was there was pleasant, but not a strong enough taste to warrant buying again.

Bottle. Golden color. Scent of sweet hops. Lots of carbonation. Sweeter than most beers of this style. After trying several other American standards and coming back to Grain Belt, it really is much better than everything else in this class. This beer has some good flavor if it is not ice cold as served at most bars. Seems to be best from a bottle. This beer is outstanding for the style, and is certainly better than Leinenkugel's.
