haddonsman (1191), Derby, Derbyshire, England Aug 12, 2005 Handpulled at the Babington (JDW) Derby. Well balanced bitter, clean gold, no great shakes but still solid stuff. Daniel_Brown (1919), Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, England Mar 6, 2005 Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Golden coloured, with no head to speak of. OK, nice flavoured mix of sweet and ry. A little like a Perry or summat. Refreshing but not full flavoured. RichardGretton (2681), Leicestershire, England May 8, 2004 Standard bitter appearance with an airy aroma and dry bitter flavour. Overall a plain bitter. leaparsons (4001), Leicester, Leicestershire, England Apr 1, 2004 Light gold with a loose bubbly head. Aromas are light, bitter sulpur. Flavours are mellow and buttery, some fruit and sulphur. Smooth and washes over the tongue nicely - a bit dull, though.
