Commercial Description:
Our Pale Ale has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Large quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor.

Bottle Shared at Ryan & Max’s Tasting @ Pauls. I hate pale ale ticks. Pours a pale golden body with a white head. Grainy, corny musk, milled grain. Bitter dry metallic. Very bad.

Bottle at Paul’s tasting that I took down from a trade with cbkschubert. Pours a clear orange with a thin white head. Light grain, thin hops. Medium bodied, little malt, little cardboard. Finishes dry, grainy, and lightly bitter.

Pours a honey caramel color with a strong smell of hops. Taste of spice and slight bitterness. Mostly hoppy, I felt it was not a good representation of a pale ale.

Sampled at the 2008 Strong Beer Festival. Clear amber color pour with a small foamy head. Light aroma of citrus and earthy hops. Flavor is hop forward with toasty caramel malt. Not too exciting, but a nice session pale ale.

draft at the brewpub - Pours copper with a white, lasting head that laces well. The hoppy aroma has notes of citrus and flowers. The flavor is moderately hopped with hints of pine and citrus. It’s well balanced and has a good, bitter finish.
