On tap @ GCBC listed as Winter Wheat - Pours a clear light golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is faint wheat malt. Flavor is soapy and grainy. Has an unpleasant lingering aftertaste. Light to medium body. Had no German Hefe characteristics to this beer. A so, so wheat beer.

tap at the brewpub - Pours slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head. It has a light wheat and citrus aroma. The flavor is sweet wheat and citrus. This light bodied brew is decent but unremarkable.

Pale yellow-gold with a slight haze. Light body; mildish carbonation. Malts were light, with notes of wheat germ, light grains and sweet cereal. Hops were spicy, offering a balanced bitterness. Bitterness built a bit more in the finish. To me, I thought it tasted more like a typical "American Wheat" than a German hefeweizen (it seemed to lack yeast/ester notes), but it was still a decent light wheat beer, nonetheless.
