Sep 9, 2009 Sample at RSRIZZO’s tasting 8/9/09-Pours a clear golden body with no head. Aroma of sweetness. The flavor was a bit lacking with some light malt coming through. This light bodied brew was very basic.

Aug 19, 2009 Bottle. Pours clear light yellow with a spare, fizzy white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (husky grain), light hop (grass), heavy yeast (sweat) with notes of butter, honey, and cooked corn. Light bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Aug 14, 2009 12oz bottle. Color is a light gold with low carbonation and a thin slightly loose head. Aroma is a mild sweet scent with honey like notes. Taste is light and sweet. Starting with a light body it goes down easy with a clean feel. Finish is a light sweet grain taste with almost no bitterness. After taste is very clean. This is a boring brew with very little for flavor.

Aug 13, 2009 On tap at Grand Lake poured a clear yellow with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of straw and noble hops. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of straw and spicy hops with a smooth lightly bitter finish.
