Nov 30, 2009 Bottled. A hazy nut brown beer with a thin lazing tan head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel, nuts, alcohol, and some spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, caramel, and spices, leading to a dry alcoholic and spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Jul 17, 2008 Bottled, thanks Crosling! Clear dark ruby, minimal head. Aroma of swetay grapefruit and estery pineapple. Sweet and full bodied. Fruity and thick, very malty with some apricot and evident peppery alcohol. A well crafted barleywine that lacks some personality.
