Commercial Description:
Au Naturale is an easy drinking, blonde ale. The ale has a crisp, clean body and a subtle malt sweetness. All organic German Pilsner, Vienna and CaraHell malts and German organic Hallertau hops are used for purity’s sake. The play on words lends itself not only to the organic ingredients in the beer, but also to the lifestyle of those of us who live at one with nature. Grab a bottle and join us in the hot spring!

2008 Bottle - Pretty darn bad, pours nice and oragne with little head. Smells like roasted mushrooms or barley or something. Very little carbonation, grassy yeasty overtones. This might be a good addition to a stew, but certainly is not something I will ever reach for again...

slightly orange/yellow lightly hazy. Very little for the nose except for a bit of yeast and citrus. Easy drinking pilsner. A little green on the palate with an aftertaste of lemon. An easy summer beer that makes for a good alternative to the typical pilsner for us beer snobs. I also like to see it’s organic

A new beer from Grand Teton Brewing. Purchased a single 12-oz bottle at the brewery, southeast of Victor, Idaho. Pours a semi-clear golden pale blonde brew with an average white head that quickly dissolves to a white ring. Aroma of light bready malt, some hint of corn adjunct, and grassy hops. Taste is light bodied, average carbonation with flavors of crystal and crisp bread malt and grassy hops. Finish has a light citrus zest and bread malt aftertaste that quickly changes to a clean cut and crisp finish.

12oz bottle. Poured golden-yellow, with a moderate sized off-white head. Sweet malt, grain, and grass in the aroma. Flavor is much the same, with sweet malt and grain predomination, along with a modest dose of hops to provide balance. Nice summertime beer.

Not very complex, but a rather pleasant brew that sits well with spicy food. It poors a nice golden color with the hint of a creamy head. The nose is subdued and grassy, like a newly mown lawn after a sudden shower. The palate is clover and grain.

Bottle sampled. Pours a cloudy copper color with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet malts, grain, and some grass. Flavor is lighty sweet with wheat, light malt and toasted grain.

Pinkzambia from Boise (go BSU!!! - I’m a BSU grad to say the least) hit it dead on with "corn nuts" comment. It’s got nice mouth feel and pleasant carbonation for the style considering. I’d drink this over Coors or the like any day.

12 oz bottle brought home from Wyoming. Nice flavors of clean hops in the sense it was refreshing but with some light warming in taste. Not to bad.
