Commercial Description:
Our Double Cherry Ale is a Belgian-style brown ale fermented with an authentic Belgian Trappist yeast strain, then conditioned with over a pound per gallon of sweet dark cherries before refermentation in the bottle. The result is a rich, satisfying, slightly sweet and fruity with a hint of spiciness from the yeast, a natural match for chocolate or fruit deserts.

1L Bottle pours a quite dark purple/brown with a good foamy off-white head. Aroma is a sweet fruity seemingly artifically enhanced red berry note. Flavors are easy on the sweet fruity notes and more so on the earthy woody cardboard. Very little cherry flavors cept maybe the stems. Quite plain and not very interesting.

Bottle pours dark plum, brownish tint, medium frothy off-white head, with fairly nice lacing.   Aroma is of nothing but Frankenberry cereal, and I like my Frankenberry.   Slight Frankenberry on the tongue, quite artificial as I would have imagined, with only a hint of cherry (cough syrup that is).   Light in body, just as light in mouthfeel.   Finishes rather muttled, some light cough syrup & Frankenberry.   Not as pronounced in that cherry flavor as I would have thought.   Sweet, but not cloying.   Tiz alright, but nothing I would have again.   Thanks goes out to Indiana_Red for sharing.

Pours dark ruby cloudy. Light head of white. No lacing really. Aromas are faint. Cherry, slightly sour. Piney hops. Some citrus. Some dark fruits and caramel. Flavors are of caramel and cherry. Slightly bitter. Some alcohol. Thick and chewey. Cloying, almost chokingly so. Syrupy. I was hoping for an ass ton of cherries like New Glarus, but I was not impressed.

Lightly cloudy brown, crimson ruby with good carbonation reactions but light head & minimal lacing. Nose of yeast, plum, special B, VERY light cherry & nuts. Taste is estery & yeasty with caramelized sugars, tangy pectins, light hops. Finishes tangy & metallic. Not very impressive based on the description. Good & yeasty, some belgian monicers, eh.
