Commercial Description:
Bitch Creek perfectly balances big malt sweetness and robust hop flavor for a full bodied, satisfying mahogany ale. Like the stream for which it is named, our Bitch Creek ESB is full of character... Not for the timid.

Bottle courtesy of Jake65. Pours a clear, deep oxblood with 2 finger cream head. Nose is caramel malts, pepper, and a touch of citrus hops. Palate has almost a stout coffee/cocoa flavor upfront that quickly gets overridden with a hoppy bitterness. Light mouth feel with great lacing. Good brew – thanks Jake for the opportunity to try it.

One of the better ESBs out there. Certainly the best offering from Grand Teton that I’ve had. Very nice hoppy flavor. Long sweet finish with a sweet brown sugary flavor. Very nice on the palate, not thin at all. Very good for an ESB, aroma is very inviting. A great fallback brew that I come to time and time again.

Bottle. Pours a medium brown-red with a nice light brown head. The aroma is mostly hops and a caramel malt. The taste is smooth but also quite rich; a strong caramel malt that is lightly toasted, also a good bit of pine/hops. A really good beer, smooth and tasty.
