Aroma is earthy with a hint of sunflowers and a faint rose whiff. Flavor is complex and changes from a lemon sour to a grapefruit bitter with a reminders of a well seasoned roast beef or steak. The palate is a bit watery for all these flavors, but leaves a fresh fruitlike aftertaste. This beer is complex, like a good Cabernet, and becomes more interesting as I drink it. mhot55 (99), USA

Carbonation seems low but with a nice tan head. Taste is thin, bitter and coffee like. Starting with a light/medium body it goes down easy. Finish comes on light with a roasted taste and mild bitterness. Its a bit thin but still a nic
