Average ruby pour with no head at all really. Chunky sediment pour. Yeasty lemon smell. A hint on the watery side in the flavor. Smell and flavor don’t really match. Highly carbonated. jcr (809), Jasper, Indiana, USA Apr 6, 2008 750ml bottle. 2007. Heavy, bordering on harshness, malt character make this marzen taste off. Light amber body below a spare head that diminishes. The aroma is grainy with some bread and canned corn. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body has a creamy texture.
