Bottle, from Bevmo. Really nice looking beer. Deep amber color. Really hazy, yeasty pour. Aroma is of citrus and spice. Flavor is really really sweet. Muted hops, and a really thick mouthfeel. Not bad, not great. Reminded me of 90 minute IPA, actually.

Dec 5, 2009 12 oz. bottle- Pours golden orange with not much head, aroma is citrus, grass, and very floral. The flavor is a very mellow not overbearing Double IPA with an underlying bitterness that doesn’t fully develope until after the swallow. It’s a good thing I bought a four pack of this stuff because I already want more.

Dec 4, 2009 Bottle @ J.C.G. Pours unclear orange with a creamy lasting white head and lacings. Nose is sweet malty toffee with a bit of alcohol and hops. Pretty much like a US Barley Wine. Taste is hoppy orange and grapefruit. Sticky , smooth, crisp and warming. Lasting bitter punchy end. Nice.

Dec 1, 2009 On draught at the Alchemy in Madison: Poured a bright semi-cloudy golden- orange colour with nice fluffy head. Aroma is fun. Brigt and fresh with lots of citrus(as probably expected) and stinky hops. Taste is very astringent. Sort of on the dryer side and has a real firm hop kick. Yet delectable. Sweet and bitter at the same time. What funky beer! I love it :)

Nov 30, 2009 Bottle. Pours a murky amber color with a decent, foamy, clingy, beige head that lasts. Taste is of hops, citrus, fruit, pine, caramel and some malt. A little alcohol in the finish. Similar aroma. Nice bitterness. Creamy body. Easy to drink. Leaves me wanting more.

Nov 30, 2009 12oz bottle shared with davinci. Pours a slightly hazed golden with a thin frothy white head. Aroma is oxidized but still nice, rich sweet honey and caramel, still pretty potent pnw hops, a bit resious, piney. Flavor follows but is sharpely tart and brightly sweet, juicy, sugary, candy like. Medium bodied, gritty, corse very fluffy carbonation.

Pours a deep cheddar orange with a nice head and lacing. Aroma is crisp, sweet and sour grapefruit and pine sap. Flavor is floral hops with a rosy orange juice finish. Average tingly moutthfeel. Too light and floral.

Nov 25, 2009 Poured wth a big, off white, foamy, frothy, soap bubble head and some lace. Color is a slightly hazy amber. Aroma is of course hoppy, Fresh qualities in the nose too. Flavor is bigger with some of grapefruit qualities that personally, I’m not too big on. Body is quite good and so is carbonation. The piquant grapefruit thing is overdominant for me, but technically very well done. Finish is the same.
