Commercial Description:
Our Old Faithful Ale is a pale golden ale with a crisp body and light malt sweetness. We cold-conditioned this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character and dry palate. The Willamette and imported UK Goldings hops give this beer a light floral hop aroma making it exceptionally easy to drink.

I had this while watching the real Old Faithful erupt. Not a bad beer when you’re not looking for a beer to keep your attention. Clean, straw malt. Light hops.

12 oz bottle. Nice aroma. Flavor is a bit sharp but the bitterness is okay. The malt just doesn’t give much to it. Drinkable. No off flavors. It doesn’t compare to the better blonde beers I have had but it’s ok.

This beer came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy vivid golden color with a medium sized yellow-white head. The aroma was crisp floral hops and light tangy and sour malts. The flavor was tangy, tart and sour with a touch of citrus and crisp hops. The finish was short, tangy and a bit dry. Decent.

Light copper body with a thin white head. Aroma was midly sweet with some caramel malts hops were present. Flavor was mild but nice. Good malt notes mostly sweet but some citrus and a mild hop profile, Crisp and smooth.

12 oz bottle. Clear golden pour with a huge white frothy head. Aroma of slight citrus and hay. Mild taste of hops, some barnyard and malt. Nothing spectacular, relatively simple but went down nicely on a hot summer day.

Thanks to Skyview. Gold color with a medium head. Dry grain, light citrus and a little vinous hop quality in the aroma. A bit of earthiness, a little toast and a little citric hop. Not stunning, but pretty good. And well crafted.

Bottle. Pours a nice golden color with a large white head that slowly fades. Taste is of malt, honey, lemon, hops, yeast and grain. Well balanced and has a nice aftertaste. Has a good mouthfeel and body to it. Easy to drink and satisfying. Aroma is similar, but much softer and cleaner. I like this beer as it is easy to drink and is moderately priced. Would be nice on a hot day.

Very earthy mouth feel, almost gritty. Hand in hand with a less than pleasant bitterness.
