Commercial Description:
Our Old Faithful Ale is a pale golden ale with a crisp body and light malt sweetness. We cold-conditioned this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character and dry palate. The Willamette and imported UK Goldings hops give this beer a light floral hop aroma making it exceptionally easy to drink.

~Pours clear golden with foamy white head. ~Sour malt and light hop scent. ~taste is pretty bland. Watered down malts and hops. ~Light crisp feel. A bit foamy. ~ Drinkable but, overall not a very good beer

Golden, bubbling, slightly cloudy body with a small whte head. Small malt aromas; not very impressive or inviting. The flavor is similar to the aroma, light malt notes and not much else. High levels of carbonation; beer at saturation points. Good for drinking in the heat, but not that tasty.

Bottled at Yellowstone, got to drink it while Old Faithful went off. Pours a yellow color with a light malty smell. Taste of some light floral hops, and hits the spot while watching one of Americas top attractions!

Poured a pale yellow with little aroma. Thin and light like a pale lager. Sweet malt and some fruitiness in the flavor.

This hazy golden ale poured with a disappearing beige head. There is a watery flavor with a hint of roasted malt and a light hop finish.

Bottle. Color is remarkably similar to the Fire Station 5 Brush Fire, but the white head stayed just a tad longer. Light malt aroma with some fruity/floral hop. Light body with slightly coarse, but mild, carbonation. Flavor is malt and a little light stone fruit. Not a great deal of bitter. Pleasant, but I’d rate it below Brush Fire. Still, this also resembles low bitter English ESBs.

Bottle bought in Yellowstone by my wife. Thanks. Pours a light orange with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malts and apricot. The taste is similar; a smooth sweet wheaty body with a bunch of fruit and some fizzyness. Not bad.

Aroma of malt, yeast and slight cardboard. Pours almost mega-brew straw with unremarkable off white foam. Some hop bite rescues a weak and slightly caramel taste. Palate is watery, but the hops and carbonation combine to give some character. Over all a good summer ale.
