Commercial Description:
Our Old Faithful Ale is a pale golden ale with a crisp body and light malt sweetness. We cold-conditioned this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character and dry palate. The Willamette and imported UK Goldings hops give this beer a light floral hop aroma making it exceptionally easy to drink.

12oz bottle, bevmo.. pours a cloudy golden with a frothy foamy head..the aroma is typical.. sweet and cheerful, very light hints of citrus.. hit to the palate is refreshing, not overpowering but not watered down either, nothing overly impressive about the beer but it does go good with a turkey sandwich... overall decent flavoring, no heavy hopness but theyre there.. no sour aftertaste either,, its the kind of brew you drink and forget you just had one.. not that thats a bad thing...

2008 Bottle - Yellow, pale, thats about it. More bitter than a budweiser, that all I remember from this brew...

Purchased a single 12-oz bottle at the brewery, southeast of Victor, Idaho. Pours a semi-clear golden pale brew with a thick white head that quickly dissolves to a white ring and some sticky lacing. Aroma of light bready malt and a touch of citrus zest. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of multi-grain malt, very light grassy hops with a touch of earthy herbs. Finish is semi-dry with a herbal malt flavor that quickly disappears after the finish.

12oz bottle while vacationing in Wyoming. Golden-colored, mild aroma. Tasted closer to a brown ale from what I remember. Pretty generic.

12 oz bottle thanks to Fred. Golden yellow, with a decent head. Not much aromas really. Flavor was a little better with some malt sweetness, but mostly just grainy. Average to boring

From a 12 oz bottle this poured a cloudy yellow with fat white head, and lots of good lacing. Nose of malts and light floral hops. Flavors of malts and hops, and a slightly bitter finish. Drinkable, and good enough to have a second.

350 ml bottle from Bevmo. Hazy golden with a fluffy white head. An herbal malty and bready aroma and taste. Decent.
