| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 22, 2008 Purchased a single 12-oz bottle at the brewery, southeast of Victor, Idaho. Pours a semi-clear golden pale brew with a thick white head that quickly dissolves to a white ring and some sticky lacing. Aroma of light bready malt and a touch of citrus zest. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of multi-grain malt, very light grassy hops with a touch of earthy herbs. Finish is semi-dry with a herbal malt flavor that quickly disappears after the finish. stangger (156), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
