Commercial Description:
Our Old Faithful Ale is a pale golden ale with a crisp body and light malt sweetness. We cold-conditioned this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character and dry palate. The Willamette and imported UK Goldings hops give this beer a light floral hop aroma making it exceptionally easy to drink.

Really smells funky but looks nice. Flavor seems a little off. Not very distinct and the hops could be more. A bit too fruity.

12 oz bottle. Poured a clear dark golden color. Head was white and reduced quickly. Husky, grainy malt aroma with a touch of molasses. Tasted of subdued malty caramel and a touch of tart fruit. Not very good.

355ml brown bottle at Yellowstone National Park. Bottled dated 03/05/07, medim-bodied with an asertive hop flavor throughout. a light pale malt flavor with a slightly dry, bitter aftertaste. Contrary to the label, I would not consider it "Yellowstone’s finest".

Ehhh? Pretty average. Taste like alcoholic apple juice w/ a touch of hoppiness. Probably wouldn’t try again if it were available here.

Not a bad beer to quench your thirst, but if you are looking for something really special, look elsewhere. Aroma is lightly malted, subtle floral notes and a tiny bit spicy. Appearance is a nice golden yellow, tiny bubbles rising to the top of a fluffy white head. Mouthfeel was soft. Flavor was metallic, very light bitterness with a honey sweetness to round it out. Not bad.

Poured a clear yellowish gold with two fingers of head that disappears quickly. The nose was of tangy yeast, bread and earth hops. The taste had a slight malt presence up front, a yeasty twang in the middle and a sweet malt finish while being on the lightly hopped side. I don’t find it offensive, but it’s just not my thing.
