Commercial Description:
Our Old Faithful Ale is a pale golden ale with a crisp body and light malt sweetness. We cold-conditioned this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character and dry palate. The Willamette and imported UK Goldings hops give this beer a light floral hop aroma making it exceptionally easy to drink.

12 oz. bottle via trade with IrishBoy - Pours a slightly hazy (fine suspended particals) golden color with an average size white head. Light lacing. Soft carbonation. Light grass, grain, and vegitable aroma. Light lemon and honey flavor. Light to medium body. Worth a try. Thanks Richard.

Body is gold with no head. Aroma is slightly hoppy with a bit of caramel and honey. Taste is sweet with honey, bit of citrus, actually suprisingly good.

The body was medium gold with large bubbles. The head was white colored. The aroma was grapefruit with some toffee. There was also apples and a bit of fall leaves. The aroma had a taste of grapefruit with some fresh green beans. There was also some fried squash. A strange beer.

Bottle: Clear gold color with a white fizzy head that diminishes rapidly. Wheaty, skunky malt aroma with a soapy then wheaty taste. Thin body and fairly crisp, but leaves a weird film in your mouth. I don’t like golden ales all that much and this is another reason why. Ok.

Nice blonde color with a small white head. Taste is light with maltiness, some citrus, and a subtle hoppiness. Has hints of an ipa, but much lighter. Great summer beer.

Watered down and timid flavors of lightly roasted caramel malt in a dishwatery sort of vein. Some sweet honey-toffee bottom and a very moderate floral hopping. Just OK.
