Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, dusty, old fruit, light to moderate hoppy, flowers. Flavor is moderate to light light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. May 11, 2005 Golden-amber colour with soft carbonation and thin creamy head. All right, so it looks nice. The aroma has a slight blueberry fruitiness underneath a doughy malt character and earthy English hops. Sweetish palate has more doughy accents. The finish is quick - just a hint of pale malt. An uninspired recipe well-executed.

Pretty much nothing going on in the aroma, just some faint floral hops and a touch of sweet corn. Tastes lightly sweet and bitter with the definite presence of adjuncts. Has some strange off-flavors like grassiness, sawdust, and mild acidty toward the finish. The hop presence is decent but could use a little more malty balance. A drinkable beer, but that’s about it.
