Commercial Description:
Our Old Faithful Ale is a pale golden ale with a crisp body and light malt sweetness. We cold-conditioned this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character and dry palate. The Willamette and imported UK Goldings hops give this beer a light floral hop aroma making it exceptionally easy to drink.

Bottled as Million Dollar Cowboy Bar Beer. Pours clear dark yellow with an average, frothy, white head, somewhat lasting with good. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, straw, cereal, meal), average hop (flowers, grass) average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of pear and apricot. Medium bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Reminds me of fruity pebbles.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Kim N. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Dry, citrusy hop aroma. Light body, lightly sweet malts and fruit but dominated by pleasant, citrusy hops that don’t leave much bitterness though. A very easy drink. 221109

Pours a yellow/golden color. Very transparent without a lot of bubble activity in the glass. Fizzy head that doesn’t last long after pouring. Very weak aroma. Slight bitter taste that quickly fades to nothing. Not a pleasant beer overall, rather weak actually.

Deep golden color...fluffy head, with decent lacing. Light malt aroma. Mild flavor up front, with just a touch of sweetness...crisp mouthfeel. Back has somewhat of a faint hop tang...finish is very dry. Better than average flavor for the style, though it really doesn’t have much to make it stand out.
