Bottled as Million Dollar Cowboy Bar Beer. Pours clear dark yellow with an average, frothy, white head, somewhat lasting with good. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, straw, cereal, meal), average hop (flowers, grass) average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of pear and apricot. Medium bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Reminds me of fruity pebbles.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, dusty, old fruit, light to moderate hoppy, flowers. Flavor is moderate to light light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Nov 23, 2009 Cloudy golden with a tiny white short lasting head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and mild hoppy hints. Flavour had hops, malt and piney notes. Finished dry and somewhat bitter.

Aug 12, 2009 Pours a yellow/golden color. Very transparent without a lot of bubble activity in the glass. Fizzy head that doesn’t last long after pouring. Very weak aroma. Slight bitter taste that quickly fades to nothing. Not a pleasant beer overall, rather weak actually.

Jul 24, 2009 Deep golden color...fluffy head, with decent lacing. Light malt aroma. Mild flavor up front, with just a touch of sweetness...crisp mouthfeel. Back has somewhat of a faint hop tang...finish is very dry. Better than average flavor for the style, though it really doesn’t have much to make it stand out.
