| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 10, 2006 Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light to medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit, flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Pretty boring for an IPA...not much going on in the aroma or elsewhere. FoolishMortal (966), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 30, 2006 12oz. bottle. Golden color with a medium sized rocky white head. Lemongrass, vegetal hop aroma. Mellow malt under a floral, grassy hop flavor. Some resinous astringency in the finish, lingering unpleasantly constructed bitterness. Mouthfeel is light, dry. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 25, 2006 Pours clear dark yellow with a soapy, short lived head. Light lemony hop aroma. Taste is grassy hops, slight resin. Underlying sourness kind of throws the beer off. Finish is bitter, sour, and slightly metallic. NNCRed (17), Idaho, USA

Strong fruity aroma. Barely bitter, slightly skunky start with a fruity finish that lingers bitter then fruity. Strikingly smooth, clean feel. A favorite from this area. pinkzambia (989), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 14, 2006 Bottle: Clear gold color with a white head. Aromas are mainly sweet, flowery hops. Initially, it had a pretty good balance of bitter and sweet, but later turned to a more bitter, hoppy taste. I liked it alot. The feel is smooth as well, not to thick. Another great Idaho beer! hayduke (1677), Eureka, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 13, 2006 Updated: Nov 21, 2007From a 12 oz Bottle. Strong nose of herbal hops with a hint of citrus. Pours cloudy light amber with a medium white head. Hops work well on the tongue. I am rating this one again, and find it a little better than last time. Decent IPA. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jan 3, 2006 A well established aroma of hops lets the nose know this beer is waiting to be tasted. The glass fills with a cloudy butterscotch solution that has no head only big bubbles that fasten themselves to the edge of the glass. This beer is thin and watery, yet it produces a moderately hearty hops taste that fades slowly leaving a mild nutty taste in the mouth.
