Bottle.

Pours relatively light. Dominated by somewhat grassy hops, a bit sour/metallic, caramel malt. Pretty laid back to say the least. OK.

Courtesy hopscotch. Light copper color, thin even white head. Grassy strong hop aroma, light toasty malts, very earthy aroma. Very malt forward taste, slight citrus on the back end. Pretty mild tasting DIPA, but still refreshing.

Here’s another beer these guys have tweaked, for the better. The beer is slightly darker than it used to be, pouring a nice copper/light amber. Seems like a bit more caramel malt may have been added. The hop nose is more apparent, too. The aroma is typical of an American style pale made in the pacific NW. Lots of grapefruit and citrus dominate, maybe a slight lemon zest, too. The malt provides enough backbone for the hops, without getting in their way. Fairly bitter, but not over the top like a lot of modern American IPA’s. Yep, could drink a few of these. Me likey.

1 liter bottle courtesy Hopscotch. Nice light copper pour with a thick off white head. Aroma is big grassy and citrus with a nice malt balance. Grapefruit, grassy hop taste with the malts providing a nice backbone. Very good.

An exceptionally large head greets the pour. It is a nice golden he with a craters on the moon appearance. It never faded completely. Beer itself is an amber honey color with light cloudiness. Aroma is nice and floral with grapefruit and caramel. A nice zing in the mouth but on the thin side. Grapefruit hops dominate the flavor with pine and grass. The hop variety is apparent. A very light caramel malt profile. Very well hopped and very well crafted.
