Quite a surprise with this beer. While a bit confused with Grand Teton’s other offerings, this was solid from start to finish. A pretty simply sweet malty aroma, with no complexity or other aromas to pick-up from. Appearance is a solid brown color, opaque with a nice off-white one finger head. Taste is slightly sweet, subtle hops make this quite the easy drinking beer. Nice beer from Idaho. If you can find it, it’s worth it to get as I found it for about a buck a bottle.

This nice amber beer had little head. It smelled sweet and roasted with hints of alcohol. The flavor was similar but more malty and dark. It was very faint and watery though. It could have been better.

50 ml bottle from Bevmo. Cloudy copper brown with a thick creamy tan head. Sweet caramel and slightly roasty and bready aroma. Nice caramel and honey taste with some decent earthy slightly roasty notes to the finish.

Dark amber, moderate sized rocky head with good lacing and retention. Aroma is malt dominated with notes of earth, caramel, dough, bread. Hopping is minimal. Lighter body, fairly sweet finish. Even though there is some malt complexity, I don’t like what’s here without more hops. Dang..

Good well-rounded amber. Deep orange color. sweet and nutty malt aroma. Slight hop bitterness in the backround. Not a heavy feel, in fact it’s a little light in the mouth. Clean yet sweet finish.

Aroma is a rich roasted malt scent. Color is a medium amber with light carbonation and a nice loose head. Taste is sharp, malty and sweet. Starting with a medium body that goes down with a slightly sharp feel and a sweet taste coming on. Finish is a sweet malt flavor that flows sharp bitterness.

Bottle Murky amber pour with no head but a fizzing sound as pouring. Light malt aroma and a caramel malty flavor with something a bit off. A bit to fizzy mouthfeel. Not too impressed.

12oz bottle-pours a light tan head that laces and copper color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel. Taste is medium malt-caramel, secondary somewhat bitter hops.
