Otherwise a standard non-filtered wheat, drinks great without the fruit... Skyview (4055), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 22, 2008 Purchased a single 12-oz bottle at the brewery, southeast of Victor, Idaho. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to a fine white ring. Aroma of light multi-grain malt with wheat, some lemon zest and a touch of grassy hops. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with a light fruity and bready malt flavor. Finish is slightly watery, some citrus and tart fruit aftertaste. beerbrat99 (119), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 21, 2007 Bottle. Pours a straw color and looks a little too bright to be a hefeweizen. No head retention or lacing and seems undercarbonated. Aroma of grass with big hits of eggs. The bitterness seems spot on but overall this beer seems like a low alcohol beer that just doesn’t have much going on. Beerdedone (1885), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA

This beer smells yeasty and fruity. The flavor has toasted wheat with a touch of honey, some fruity notes, and a touch of smoke. The body is medium-light, but can seems a touch watery at times. Overall this is a "smooth & easy drinking" beer just like the label says!
12 fl. oz. bottle from my parents. Rating #53 for this beer... badlizard (2352), Berkeley, California, USA
