May 11, 2005 Hazy light amber colour. Slightly wheaty, sweaty aroma. Crisp hops, doughy malts in the palate. Has kolsch-like moments, but they don’t hold up over the bottle. Light wheaty acidity in the finish. Slight fruitiness (salmonberry). Not bad.

Dec 13, 2006 12oz bottle notched BB Jan. Poured a medium and slightly hazy golden color wtih a smaller sized white head. Some small floaters. Subdued aromas of citrus, yeast, and wheat. Tastes of the same (citrus, yeast, and wheat). Light tart finish. Thinner body.

Nov 17, 2004 Mostly clear golden yellow with a decent white head. Aroma has a faint light wheat sweetness to it and some bready yeast. Starts with a decent body and sufficient carbonation, but as Facto said, there isn’t much there flavorwise. No off-flavors, just nothing all that interesting. It sure is smooth and easy-drinking like the label advertises though, which I guess is tolerable in an American wheat. Thanks Indiana_Red.

Apr 16, 2006 This tastes much like GT’s Old faithful - watery. A bubbly white head caps this golden brew. The aroma is mild wheat with a very light herbal hopping. Spritzy mouthfeel. Not much flavor, being pretty much an echo of the nose. Finishes VERY slightly tart and wheaty with a soft, generic hop bitterness. <font size=-4>Tasted with The LoSBD thanks to <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/ViewUser.asp?UserID=1 wife and her travelling.<font size=-1>

May 11, 2004 Bright hazy yellow/orange color, a light very sticky looking white head with tons of lacing and moderate carbonation. The aroma has a slight musky wheat note along with some faint hops and a little citrusy. The flavor is fresh with some buttermilk malt flavor along with a rounded wheat mouthfeel and a well balanced hoppy finish. The aftertaste holds some wheat notes as well. This is the classic american wheat beer, fairly mild and straight forward. Good relaxing drink for the upcoming summer.

Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (apricot, flowers), with notes of lemon and passion fruit. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter, husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Interesting enough aroma considering the style, but fairly grainy in the finish.

Jul 1, 2008 Bottle from BevMo. Slightly hazy gold color with an ok white head. Aromas of lemon peel and wheat. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is lemon peel and wheat. Finish is citrus oil bitter and wheat. And wheat. An ok drink, preferably for a hot summer day.
