Bottle: Dark mahogany color with a full puffy brown head. Nice hoppy chinook aroma with a malty caramel note similar to the regular. The body is bitter and there’s a bit more going on in the hop department but this seems like maybe a 1.25 X bitch creek, not XX. Bitch creek is great and this is up there too though. I’m just always disappointed with the hype in the XX series.

Bottle - thanks ditmier. One of the most beautiful pours I have ever seen... Dark auburn with a mountain of thick, creamy nutmeg colored head. Aroma is rich with sweet caramel, citrus, and floral hops. First sip is a smooth and mellow malty blend with faded hops. Some piney notes and earthiness before a lingering floral bitter tail. Still, quite smooth. Kinda has some chocolate in teh back... Great balance and blend, truly one of the better GT brews sampled to date.

Bottle thanks to Mar. Pours a dark brown with red hues, nice tan head. Aroma of nice dark fruit, some light dark roast. Flavor is very tasty, dark roast, a little dark fruit, a nice bitterness. Mouth feel is medium body with low-medium carbonation. Overall, pretty tasty stuff!
