Porus a very light pinkish peach with a very faint violet tint - foamy thin white head. Aroma is slight raspberry and perfumey with phenolic spiciness, somewhat light jamminess as well. Flavor si light crackers with hust a touch of raspberry jelly on them- with more perfume, and off phenolics. Light and crackery finish. Rastacouere (5565), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 10, 2008 Objectively speaking:
Feels more or less like the ringwood ale in which a portion of raspberry juice was added.
I like:
Not too subtle, you can guess raspberries were used without having the glass anywhere close to your nose.
I dislike:
Not feeling particularly fresh and this is vital for a blonde fruit beer. More or less successful, the palate remains the same light-bodied, not particularly crisp palate than the ringwood, so does the appearance and the flavours are not a natural match where they could have gathered more appeal in a more complex malt blend.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 28, 2007 Draft in Toronto. POurs golden with a slight colored tinge. The nose is heavy rspberry and the palate shows the same deep fruit flavor. This diminishes but you don’t get much after the hit of fruit. mephisto (1144), Taiwan

App.: Light golden, clear, white head and maybe a hint of pink (or is that the power of suggestion...?).
Aroma: Strong jammy raspberries, light malt background, maybe a little pine hops?
Palate: Medium body, soft yet effervescent carbonation.
Flav.: More strong raspberry jam, a little malt and hops, a touch of tartness and a surprisingly bitter finish (still quite low, mind you...).

Cloudy, light yellow body with a short-lived white head. Flavour is crisp and clean, mainly raspberry fruity-berry with hints of vanilla. Medium mouthfeel. Nice togetherness -- like the vanilla sweetness touch.
