Jul 8, 2007 Draught sample at the St Louis Park MN location, RBSG Minneapolis weekend, June 23 2007. Belgian white, huh? Pale amber-gold with a touch of foam, clear....faint grassy aroma, no Belgian yeast detectable, no spices or really much of anything...super-watery, extremely bland with just a touch of salty minerals and old tired grains....perhaps a bit of honey or corn sugar as well. Belgian white, huh?

Aug 1, 2006 Bright, I mean really bright and golden with a nice ample white head. Fizzy, with a little too much carbonation and spicy saaz hoppiness. Light bodied with some corriander and clove notes.
