Granite City BooBoo Beer

Commercial Description:
The result of too many early mornings, this beer came from a mistake when loading the wort truck. The truck was loaded with a bock instead of pale ale, and the resulting beer fermented with ale yeast instead of lager. We figured we’d go with it, so added dry hops. The result is this beer. This will be a one-time beer only available in a couple of our Iowa locations in 2008.
