Fargo, ND Location - Had this beer as part of the sampler. I was my favorite by far. I need to make more notes on the road. Sorry Piscator, but you wouldn’t have liked these beers very mcuh.

Wichita: I liked this the most out of the beers I tried. Aroma is of fresh citric hops, some grapefruit, more orange rind. Clean resiny citric flavor, malts are very mild, but it serves to order this one ahead and let it come to temperature. A bit pale color, a light gold color.

On Tap: Poured a reddish golden color, little to no head. Aroma is heavy on the hops, citrus, grass. The taste was of hops, but not too overpowering. There was a strange bite to this beer.

amber color, head is beige. aroma is lightly hopped, mostly earthy, slight citrus. flavor is moderate citrus with mild dirtiness in the background. underhopped for an ipa in my opinion, maltiness isn’t bad at all though.

Sampled in MN orangish brown color tan head well laced. Citrus: grapefruit and orange scent some grass and a very light carmel.. a bit to light. Even palate lightly oily. Flavor is a dry bitter grass mixed w/ some pine and not much sweet.. very subdued... an ok IPA.
