Omaha. Straw color with a few white bubbles atop. Hints of light grain and malt with some light floral to grassy hops. Somewhat watery feel. Flavors follow the feel. Light malt and grain with a bit of bitterness and acidity (citric).

Average light beer. This was my least favorite of the sample platter. This light brew compares to the macrobrews that cost much less. I would not recommend purchasing this beer.

Draft in MO. Pours a golden body with a white head. Straw hay and malt, corny and vegetative. Sweet grainy musky malt. BAD>

Sample at the Creve Coeur, MO brewpub. The beer pours a clear pale yellow color with a wispy white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt and mild hops. Light and fizzy body with flavors of pale malt, corn and lightly spiced hops. The finish is short and tastes of grain. Standard intro beer overall, not worth ever trying again.

Tap. Clear watery appearance. no scent. Flavor of pils malt and corn. So light the 4oz sampler was gone in one gulp. This beer is made for the masses. Well balanced, I suppose. Uneventful.

yellow, watery appearance with no head. Weak aroma. Very sweet, skunky flavor. Incredibly skunked. Musty sweet. errr. Palate starts off with a little fizz, then quickly subsides to a nasty funk. nasty funk lingers in the aftertaste.

I hate this place, but when one came to town, I had to try all the beers. They’re all average to bad.
