Tap: Nice pour, a hazy pale straw body with a respectable head. It smells of coriander, wheat, and a splash of tangerine. Soft mouthfeel. The flavor is slightly tart, yeasty, and tastes of soft wheat malt with the coriander flavor growing as you drink. An orange rind bitterness along with sweet grasses comes in at the finish. Not bad.

Growler from their location at the Legends at Village West. Pours a hazy light straw with a frothy, white head that leaves nice lacing behind. Solid notes of coriander and orange peel on the nose with a light, sweet wheat note in the background. Light, thin and smooth with a clean and slightly dry finish. A bit heavy on the coriander and a bit light on the citrus for my tastes, but it’s still a decent wit and on par with many that I’ve sampled.

Pours a cloudy golden straw color, briefly topped by a thin layer of white foam that gives way to a thickish film in a minute or so. Good lacing. Light honey, wheat, and citrus in the aroma. Dry wheat, sweet orance, and a hinty of spicy yeast flavor. More of a lemony citrus juice bitterness (as opposed to a hop bitterness) in the finish. A tiny bit bready in the aftertaste. Unfortunately a bit thin in mouthfeel.

Tap at brewpub, Wichita, KS. Pours faint cloudy and yellow. Lemony ginger nose. Flavor is orange peel, coriander, and lemon. Coats the tongue. Great wit bier.

Had at their St Cloud Mn location. Has a very pleasant cloudy hazy appearance - light yellow in color. Little to no head. Citrusy aroma - flavor - a touch of bananas - very tart - good representation of the style.
