Beautiful apperance; A huge, foamy, lightly tanned, mostly lasting head, upon a brilliant. dark ruby colored body. Sourish bread to the nose. Also a faint sugar note, and a scent of boiled maize. Taste is fairly dry compared to most of the no-alcohol beers. Rather sour actually, with a good malt body. Noticeable bittering hops. Light-bodied. Feels quite diluted in the mouth. Short, sourish malty ending. Fair. RuneStumo (521), FØRRESFJORDEN, Norway

Grans Bryggeri deserves some credit for trying to makea non-alcoholic christmas beer. The result is brown, very good looking beer with white head. Aroma is rather watery and there is not much malt or bitterness. There is no aftertaste. nothing! A little more hops would have been a good idea for this beer. Sigmund (2286), Hafrsfjord, Norway

Mahogany coloured beer, big beige head. Typical n/a beer aroma of malts, baby porridge and over-boiled vegetables. The flavour is malty with hints of caramel, not too sweet, lacks hops and any kind of "bite", but is not undrinkable.
