BlackDonald (1040), North Carolina, USA Jul 16, 2008 Completely and utterly unimpressive. This tastes just like a BMC beer with better ingredients. Light and faint hoppiness with some fruit sweetness and very adjuncty. Blah
patricks110 (154), Alberta, Canada Jul 30, 2008 Once again, granville island has produced a mildly flavoured and unimpressive lager. Pours a soft gold colour with no carbonation and no head. Aroma of fruit, malts, and grass. Taste is unexciting and plain. tomthompson89 (1133), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Dec 28, 2007 this is actually a very nice lager i was impressed, as all lagers it needs to be damn cold. but actually has a nice fresh faint hop nose, good malts with fresh grassy hops, easy drinking and refreshing mnurda (352), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Aug 20, 2007 Canned Sample from the Granville Island Location. Tasted great while cruising in the Vancouver Harbour, but would probably not be so good in a normal setting. yarry (351), Waterdown, Ontario, Canada Jul 16, 2007 341ml Bottle, 5% a/v. Bought at brewery site.
Pours a golden colour with little carbonation and a thin white head. THe nose is of fruity malts and some corn. Taste is of much the same, sugary malty flavours with a smooth and sweet finish with a bit of bitterness. Sort of like a macro but done right.
