Draught at the taproom
Muddy blond color; served with a lemon wedge. It has a light spicy aroma. There is little wheat character in the flavor, dry mouthfeel, and the finally is too light, almost watery.

Tastes exactly like the Belgian Wit, with a few different ingredients, specifically red wheat. Cereal maltiness with some fresh lemon acidity and a stand up malt body. Very clean and drinkable. I would order this again, very nice and true to style.

[1240-20080331] 341mL bottle. Tangy citrus peel and straw aroma. Slightly hazy, dark orange body with a quick foamy off-white head. Tangy citrus peel flavour has a hint of cloves and a bit of wheat dipped in sour lake water. Medium body is slightly acidic and sour. Average.

6/6/08 On draught at Darcy’s pub, Victoria BC. Aroma is light, but still clove dominated. Appearance is hazy yellow gold with a solid white head. The flavor has a good peppery note. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a low carb texture. Overall, a refreshing, easy drinking brew.
