It’s hazy, dark red copper with a small head and the mouthfeel is flat. The aroma has notes of fruity hops, malt and caramel. The sweet flavor has notes of malt, caramel, raisin and other dark, ripe fruits, light alcohol and light citrus in the finish.

Pours deep red-brown with a small, frothy, off-white film head. Aroma is softly fruity, light strawberries, fat caramel, light hops. Low carbonation, fat and oily mouthfeel. Flavour has strawberries, apricot, quite vinious, raisins, toasted caramel. Light citric finish. A bit too burning in alcohol and too little bitterness.

Aug 14, 2009 Flaske: God duft af humle. Ingen karbonering hvilket trækker voldsomt ned, samtidig med at det ved opvarmning gør at intet spiller imod en dominerende alkohol. Smagen er til at begynde med fint humlet, men som sagt er der ingen balance. Pis også.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090516]

Aug 5, 2009 Bottle. Low fluffy but lasting off-white head. Hazy red brown body. Sweet strawberries aroma with a bit of caramel and some dry notes I cannot quite figure out. Alcohol very dominant, ach, otherwise the flavor is of berries, caramel and hops. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste. Alcohol way too dominant, what a shame.

Hazy dark copper color, dense tan head. Sweet, caramel, malty scent. Sweet, malty, roasted, grainy, raissin, alcohol taste. Warming alcohol. Moussy mouthfeel, high bitterness.
