(12oz bottle) Hazy amber body topped by a small beige head with decent retention. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, caramel, some orange. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, orange, spice, light pepper. Light-medium body. Not bad, but it seems somewhat bland.

Pours kind of a dingy yellow with a fizzy, three-fingered head. Smells nice, orange and tangerine scents over a light, sweet malt. Smooth mouthfeel. It tastes of sweet malts with an orange zest bitterness that turns earthy/herbal in the finish. An okay APA, but there are so many better ones out there.

Thick looking deep golden color with a big bubbled yellow/tan head. Rotten orange/Johnsons kid asprin aroma. I think this as an old sample as the flavors are off as well. Oxidized. A nice grainy finish. I’ll ave to try a fresher sample for a real rate. ... Having just read prior reviews, perhaps not.

I wish I could add more to the minimal comments from those few who rated this beer before me, but alas I cannot. Wholly unremarkable APA, with slight fruitiness in the nose and flavor, good hop/malt balance but nothing much in the flavor dept, slightly hazy red/gold appearance, little head. Ehh.

Light opaque orange body with traces of a head. The aroma is mostly oranges with some hints of soap. The taste is grapefruit and sweet honey. There is also some burnt bread here with a slightly spicy finish of nutmeg.

Bottle: Slightly hazed golden hue with small but lasting frothy head and good lace. The aroma has notes of floral and grassy hops, light citrus, and buttery bready malts, faint. The taste starts with a sharp bitterness and equal citric twang. Some malt balance provided but the whole thing finishes with a wimper. The feel is clean and lively but not much else going on. A so-so brew, nothing bad just nothing all that either.

Picked up single 12-oz bottle from Bob McFarland Liquors in McFarland, WI. Pours a brownish gold brew with an average off-white head. Aroma of orange peel, flowery hops, caramel and a touch of something that reminds me of Children’s Bayer asprin. Taste is medlum bodied, average carbonation and a little sweet on the tongue. Finish is slightly sweet with some citrus aftertaste. It’s a little sweet for a pale ale but a decent American dark ale.

Medium colored orange-copper with nice big head. Grassy aroma. Tart citric bite with smooth finish. Bit flat on the mouthfeel side.
