GranvilleTim (465), Granville, Illinois, USA Oct 4, 2009 Dark red-brown pour with tan head. Aroma of caramel malt. Flavor of malt, little nutty, slight dry finish. noncaloric (601), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Sep 9, 2009 Clear, almost ruby amber with a large beige head, fading to a film. Simple malt aroma with a bit of cider to it. Flavor weak, vaguely malty, not much there in the beginning, a bit of wort and tea in the middle, some cidery elements and a bit of bitterness develop towards the finish. Thin body, somewhat carbonated. triguy84 (54), Fitchburg, Wisconsin, USA Aug 21, 2009 A typical amber, didn’t jump out at me as anything special. I would choose something else on their tap list. SHANER4 (370), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Dec 24, 2008 12 oz. bottle - Pours a brownish copper color with small head that fades quickly.
Aroma - smells exactly like tootsie roll blow pop with a hint of alcohol.
Flavor - has a candy like blow pop taste.
Palate - light to medium mouthfeel with average carbonation. Finish is bland with no aftertaste.
Overall - Blah, blah, blah !?!?! CaryTheDude (1113), Longmont, Colorado, USA Sep 29, 2008 Not a fan. Still haven’t had much luck with Ambers. Stale aftertaste is probably the worst of this one’s bad qualities. mcjay (301), Neenah, Wisconsin, USA Aug 30, 2008 Amber, slightly cloudy appearance with a thin white head. Sweet taste and aroma with floral hops and a hint a caramel malt. Not bad, kind of different. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Aug 18, 2008 Date: 08/07/2008

kmeves (1080), Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, USA Aug 8, 2008 Pours a amber/copper color with a small off white head. Aroma is lightly sweet caramel malt, dough and light hops. Flavor is nicely sweet but balanced nicely. A very light bodied Amber Ale but still very good tasting.
