| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 23, 2007 Pours medium amber with a small head. Aroma is sort of metallic malts. Also mild ripe fruit. Flavor is pretty boring. Light malts, fermented fruits and little else. Body and mouthfeel is thin. BeerBelcher (943), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 21, 2007 I thought this a relatively pleasant amber ale that tasted very much to me like a Marzen/Oktoberfest with its fairly rich malty taste.
Appearance is a somewhat sparkling copper red color with decent head formation which dissipating a bit too quickly for my liking. Aroma is malty and bready; like a sourdough. Taste is very malty and bread-y, and tastes a bit like a decent Oktoberfest. Mouthfeel is fairly sticky and not bad. About average drinkability.
All-in-all, not a bad beer. Cornfield (4963), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 11, 2006 Personal Milestone: Wisconsin Rating #200 (out of 2801)! Unfortunately, it’s an uninspired brew. It pours a clear amber/coopper body with a 2-fingered head that dissolves into a film almost instantly. The aroma is caramel, apples, toast, and apple skins. It tastes of old caramel, old apples, old bread dough, and handful of old dirt.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 29, 2006 12oz bottle. Poured a deep orange, almost copper color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, toasted malts, and a little bready. Tastes of caramel, bread, and light citrus. Thin and watery body. Ughsmash (4053), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 1, 2006 On tap at the UW Union. Poured iced tea brown with just a couple of loose bubbles for head... lots of carbonation rising. Nose was of sweet and chalky toffee and darker fruity malts with hints of chocolate. Despite the higher apparent carbonation, this came across as flat on the palate... with flavors of chalky caramel, chocolate, and hints of fruit... didn’t come across as good at any point. temporrari (327), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | May 7, 2006 Pours amber orange with large off white head that is gone in a hurry. Doesn’t look too bad. Doesn’t smell too good though. Doesn’t taste good either. It just has that nasty, poorly made brew taste. You can just tell there are things in the mash of this that shouldn’t be Pretty bad. I dumped it. thegreenrooster (1842), St.louis, Missouri, USA
