Sampled this as part of a three witbier sampling and found it to be very nice. The aroma is very earthy, as is the flavor. Good, cloudy, medium gold color, and white head. A pretty nice wit!

Sweet, juicy citrus aroma, some lemon, orange, wheat malt and coriander spiciness, with some clove and light banana esters. Light, hazy golden yellow color, lots of particulates, with a fading head. Sweet, fruity and lightly tart flavor profile, with generous amounts of orange and spice. Finishes abruptly. Light bodied, with a watery palate. Highly drinkable.

Uninspired pap... Didn't smell or taste like much of anything. Pale straw color.

Typical wit aroma and appearance, but nothing that stands out. Flavor is light with some spice and finishes sticky and lightly bitter. Palate is fizzy. A very average witbier.

Very pale orange, highly carbinated. Bready smell. Quite a subtle taste for a witbier. A little spicy, but the citrus doesn't really make itself known until the end. Interesting.

I rated this beer comparing another Belgian White brewed by a Wisconsin brewery, Point White Biere. Aroma is very similar to the Point. Cloudy, "white" with largish particles. Small head; mostly eroding. Smooth, light and refreshing in flavor. A good summer beer. Not as good as Point's offering, but good. Goes well with a slice of orange, but rate it without.

Extremely cloudy yellow in color with a decent sized creamy head. Aroma is pleasant and strong of oranges and malt. Initial flavor is only moderately strong of oranges, and turns rather malty and a touch spicy (coriander). Finishes rather carbonated and watery (like seltzer). Makes a very good session beer.

pale yellow color...very nice and cloudy, but the good things about this beer end there. the aroma and the flavor were very perfumey and not at all reminiscent of a typical Wit. somewhat like a subdued citrus presence.
