Commercial Description:
This copper colored German Lager is traditionally brewed during the winter and store cold (lagered) for months before its release in Springs. Our Maibock features a clean crisp flavor wich allows the natural malt and hop flavors to shine through. This easy-drinking lager is medium bodied, low in biterness, and deceptively strong in alcohol.

Verre de dégustation à la brasserie après une journée de randonnée sur le mont Ampersand. Arôme: Légère odeur fruité. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de fruité et de caramel. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement crémeuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de caramel en arrière goût. (Rating #552)
