Truly an American original, this California Common, or "Steam Beer," combines the crisp clean finish of a lager with the fruity aromas and complex flavors of an ale. Our Brewer's favorite summer beer, Uncle Sam's Steam Beer features a golden copper color, pleasant bitterness, and a refreshing finish. This is truly a "session" beer, enjoyable pint after pint!

on tap-pours a foamy offwhite head with gold color. Aroma is grain. Taste is grain with a flat, slight bite hops. Good carbonation.

Verre de dégustation à la brasserie après une journée de randonnée sur le mont Ampersand. Arôme: Odeur fruité. Apparence: La couleur est blonde. Présence d’un mince col crémeux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût légèrement fruité. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. 07.12.05 Gold, flat pour below a super lacy lingering white head. Aroma of corn flakes and old dry grass. Flat body.
