BückDich (4525), Boise, Idaho, USA Sep 20, 2004 On-Tap at the Brewery (There for the 04 Reno Air Races) Brown ruby color with a light head & moderate lacing. The aroma is citrusy and dought with a light fruity hop character. The flavor is a touch bitter & balanced. Finishes brief & caramelly. The aroma was light grapefruit and almonds . The taste was bread dough and bitter bread crust. There was also a little bit of grapefruit. Aromas of citrus, floral, light earthiness and a hint of carmel. Palate was light bodied crisp and slightly dry. Flavors of grapefruit, carmel and light pine with a crisp lingering bitter finish. Crit (2234), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada Dec 12, 2002 Pale amber,lasting off white head.Fruity malt foretaste with medium strength lasting hop finish. Great Belgian lace.
When I had it, it was called a Pale Ale, which it resembles more than an IPA
