iowaherkeye (1413), relocated to Santa Rosa f/Iowa, California, USA Oct 5, 2008 On tap @ the brewpub, 9/20/08. Pale straw gold with a one finger white head, great retention. Aroma was kind of weak with some light grassy hops and biscuits. Flavor is again biscuity with some sweet malts up front, and finishes with some grassy notes. Bitterness peaked at a 3-4. Low carbonation with a light body. Nothing too exciting here. Lubiere (3324), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Aug 26, 2008 A yellow gold beer with a thin white head. A fresh malty aroma with light grainy malt. In mouth, a rather hoppy light beer, more German in nature, refreshing. On tap at brewpub, August 2007. heemer77 (3781), Savannah, Missouri, USA Jul 14, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. The body was pale gold with a white head. The aroma was bread along with some pear hints.
