Commercial Description:
A remarkably smooth malt entry and delicate hop balance is the trademark of this cream-style ale.

On tap @ the brewpub, 9/20/08. Pale straw gold with a one finger white head, great retention. Aroma was kind of weak with some light grassy hops and biscuits. Flavor is again biscuity with some sweet malts up front, and finishes with some grassy notes. Bitterness peaked at a 3-4. Low carbonation with a light body. Nothing too exciting here.

A yellow gold beer with a thin white head. A fresh malty aroma with light grainy malt. In mouth, a rather hoppy light beer, more German in nature, refreshing. On tap at brewpub, August 2007.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was pale gold with a white head. The aroma was bread along with some pear hints. The taste was bread crust with some slight toast. There was also a woody root character.

On-Tap at the Brewery Sparks NV, Pours out a clear gold topped with a white head. A little grain and some bitter hops on the end. Not a bad cream ale.
