Commercial Description:
Refreshing and effervescent -- The liberal use of malted wheat lends a light, dry but fruity finish to this satisfying brew -- an unfiltered hefeweizenbier. Drink it in the German tradition with a slice of lemon.

On tap @ great Basin poured a hazy golden amber with a minimal off white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, yeast and a hint of citrus with a crisp clean finish.

Tap at Brewpub: Gold, light head and lacing. Nose of nothing. Light and malty, no wheat, some cantilope and wheat flavor. Finishes a bit hoppy and citric. A bit hoppier and more body than the Kristall Weizen but still fairly thin.

On tap. Pale yellow, couldy, thin white head leaving behind great sheets of lace. Aroma of house yeast, citrus(lemon), wheat. Creamy, medium body, slightly dry finish. Flavor or wheat, lemon and a lemon finish with lemon rind, some pine, smoothe but not terribly balanced. With some lemon squeezed in it adds clove, strengthens the wheat and is dominated by citrus. Nice, refreshing wheat. Nice mouth.
