Sample at the Madison location. Maple-mahogany, not even close to brown, with a touch of lace & head...nice nutty-sweet nose, almonds and hazelnut and a whisper of vanilla...watery, thin, rather bland body, somewhat oily and acrid in its nuttiness, not quite rancid but really not very fresh tasting...ehh.

Lightly hazed light chestnut color with a modest off white head. They seem to keep trying to make this one and each time it is a little differant. Mild floor malt aromas with just a hint of hupsack. Flavors of nuts and just a touch of malt sweetness. Somewhat a mix betwwen a mild and brown.

Deep opulent amber with a few wisps for the head. Nice nutty and toffee aroma. Thin mouth feel. Flavor is unsalted hazelnuts and unsweetened caramel. It’s a brown, but I was hoping for more. Faded rather quickly in the finish, which was par for the course.

My experience with this one was ok, but not fabulous. Medium brown with a thin white head. Caramel malty aroma. Roasty caremel in the flavor, just a hint of the roasty. Medium body, watery palate..perhaps almost creamy.

From beer engine. Looked OK with a thin, lingering whitish head. Aroma OK, but a little sharp.....Then unmistakable sour, lacto bite that screamed "sanitation problems!" A rare miss from these guys. Medium brown, slightly hazy, som ehop character. would’ve been nice if you’d clean your equipment properly

My buddy hit the nail on the head when we were drinking this, and he stated this beer "taste like puke". Taste a little better then puke, but not a lot.

Typical brown color. Smelled like vomit, and tasted quite a bit like it too. Absolutely awful.
