The aroma is Belgian yeasts, lemongrass, light grains. The flavor is a spicy strawberry and lemongrass. Nice yeasts. Very tasty. The palate is lively. Spritzey. Medium bodied. Refreshing. Currently on tap and well done. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 16, 2005 Sample at the Madison location. Slightly hazy gold with a lasting small cap of foam...lightly yeasty, lemony, tart-sweet nose...creamy mouthfeel, hints of thyme and other dried herbs, maybe some rosemary...solidly carbonated, bit of late sourness. howie (549), DeForest, Wisconsin, USA

Served in a goblet. Very pale straw color, high white head. Herbal, spicy hop aromas, some phenols. Bitter, earthy, slightly medicinal flavors, long bitter finish. A pretty good Duvel clone, I guess. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 21, 2005 Murky yellow color with a very thin head. Weird aroma that was hard to place... brocolli? Tasted of vegetables and was very dry. Not to my liking at all. malachi (62), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 5, 2005 Cloudy, dark yellow color with a white head. Aroma of butterscotch and some bubble gum. Buttery taste with some eastery flavors... hard to pick them out in a crowded bar. My favorite of the night. jewedekind (450), Middleton, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 18, 2005 Cloudy golden yellow (looks a lot like their wheat) with a moderate head that lingered and laced. Faint fruit aroma, but a real fruit basket on the tomgue. Apricots and pear - but really dry. Bummer is it just goes ploink at the end. Not as much body and little complexity as a Belgian should. Probably too young, or too little malt. But really a nice change of pace and a treat to have this style on draught. DavidP (1743), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 1, 2004 Hazy straw-yellow body, clingy white head. Dry flavor, wheat with lemon flavor, no coriander as one might expect. Lemon-bread aroma. a refreshing Belgian, although I have no idea what the style is supposed to be (as if it matters).
