| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 6, 2009 Pours a copper color falling somewhat short of amber, with a dense, creamy white head that leaves a generous lace. Aroma is faint, and what’s there is off-putting, sharp and oxidized. Flavor is better, dominated by a heavy hops bill, floral, lemon, bits of grapefruit. Only light malts, pronounced vegetable finish. Medium bodied. Skyview (4090), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 22, 2008 Poured from the growler a very red-brown in color with a small thin white head. Aroma is a very earthy hoppiness with a bit of a sweet caramel malt scent. The hoppy earthy flavor hits the tongue first and is followed by a sweet caramel malt flavor. Slight bread taste to it as well. Overall an okay beer. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

Flavor is hoppy, everything beyond that tastes similar to a celery stick dunked in a margarita, not in a bad way. Finished creamy and smooth. This was very interesting. gws57 (1148), Saint Charles, Illinois, USA
