beerchugger (285), Colorado, USA Sep 28, 2009 Pours opaque black with a thin tan head. Sweet aromas of vanilla and molasses develop giving this beer a strong bourbon quality. The vanilla really comes through in this one. Bourbon abd charred wood are extremely noticeable. Other flavors of chocolate and coffee, molasses on the tongue make this one nicely complex. A real pleasure to drink. skraus708 (8), oak park, Illinois, USA does not count Sep 25, 2009 dark body with beige head. tastes of roasted coffee and unsweetened chocolate with a bitter ending, bitterness comes off a little strong. overall a good drink joergen (8429), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 23, 2009 Bottle at Papsø.
