Yellow color decent white head. Sticky fruity yeasty aroma with peach and mango. Finish is a bit dry yeasty. Mango, peach belgi-yeast flavors. Stylish Belgian - actually closer to "Belgian Belgians" than "American Belgians".

Aug 22, 2009 Short-lived small white head; clear yellow-golden beer. Potato peel, starch (??), strange yeast notes. Again potato peel in the taste ( I hope they’re at least Bintjes, with that name ), fresh hopsacks, weird malt notes, like chewing fresh dry malt in a brewery, and again lots of yeasty esters. Sticky (hopoils?), medium bodied, dry. Unbalanced, American hops fighting the Wyeast that is supposed to be Belgian. Many thanks to Glenn & Davy for offering me free, what the barman @ Delirium Café refused to sell.

Aug 22, 2009 Clear pale golden color. Aroma is basically of yeast and hops. It has a little bit of a citrus undertone. Taste of yeast, wheat, and hops. I can pick up a little bit of cloves. Not much of a bite in this though. Nothing special about this one.

Aug 21, 2009 clean white head on this unbalanced highly flavorful and demonstraive brew. coriander and clove to start and then comes a hop profile presented in orange and the best of its kind to my knowledge. mildly slick and refreshing with a chalk that is barely there and as i prefer it this is a must try and a damn good beer with its rye malt harshness that i adore!

Aug 20, 2009 Appearance: Pours a clear vibrant yellow gold with a 1/2 inch of fluffy white head. The body is clear with champagne like bubbles rising to the top.
Aroma: A mixture of lemon zest and bready yeast in those, even from about 2 feet away. Upon a closer smell, I find some funky yeast odors as well.
Taste: Belgian tripel yeast (fruity and funky), clove, coriander, finishing with a mixture of earthy, spicy and bitter hops. That hop mixture lends a slight metallic taste as well.
Mouthfeel: Full, fizzy and crisp.
Overall: Whether it is because it’s not like the others in a good or bad way, I liked this beer a lot. It was nearing in on the pencil shaving territories I have found with this style, it didn’t have it. Light citrus, spice and funk, with a great fizzy dry mouthfeel made it a winner.

Aug 16, 2009 (22oz bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a medium off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma of coriander, florals, grass, orange peel, and chestnuts. Flavor of toasted chestnuts, grass, earth, yeast, pine, and florals.

Aug 16, 2009 Tap at Browerij Lane. Poured a dark amber. Nose was belgian yeast and malty. Flavor had some light sweetness with a big bitter edge. Interesting.
