| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 12, 2009 Pour is a clear gold with an average white head. Aroma is lots of fruity esters from the yeast with a nice pleasant pine hop. Flavor is also fruity wth lots of pepper and spice. Hops are there but they take a backseat to the fruity yeast notes. Still this is something different but very good. Radek Kliber (3957), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 11, 2009 Bottle pours a clear light golden hue with ample frothy white head. Nose is sweet and citrusy. Flavor has a sweet belgian yeast and some herbal/spicy hops, but not what I would call IPA. The ending does leave a typical IPA-esk finish in your mouth. Overall, I found this to be too sweet belgian, and not enough IPA. Good attempt at something new though. drowland (1417), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

The aroma is mostly Belgian with fruit esters, but also a hint of soapiness. The flavor is sweet with fruity esters, powder, and a hint of dry hops. The mouthfeel is medium carbonation and dryness. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Aug 10, 2009 Crystal clear and honey hued. Moderate carbonation visible. Small white head has nice retention. A funky yeasty and fruity aroma. Flavor offers moderate bitter tartness with fruit and yeast making for an interesting beer. Peppery spices come late. Hops are underneath and make for a nice backbone. blipp (1684), Newark, New Jersey, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 10, 2009 Bottle. Pours bright gold with an off white head. Fruity and floral hoppy aroma with some lighter belgian yeast notes. The flavor is hoppier than the aroma, both floral and citric, with lighter notes of fruity and yeast. Very drinkable and enjoyable. oh6gdx (8903), Vasa, Finland
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 10, 2009 Bottled@The Rake. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, some pleasant hoppyness as well as mild wooden notes. Also some slight herbal notes. Flavour is much the same. Quite good belgian blonde or tripel, if it would have some slight more spicy yeastiness to it. Sammy (4024), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
